I take everything that is coming as an opportunity that is meant to come. I was looking for a title that refers to both my state of mind and a way of seeing our projects. “At home, by the way” came up when I was telling an Italian friend about the events I am going through this year. I like when things happen and I feel everything is ready for a constant transformation. After having two amazing students exchange experiences, at the IUAV University of Venice, Italy in 2013, studying architecture, cinema, theatre and visual arts, and at the e[ad] Pontificia Catholic School of Architecture and Design of Valparaíso, Chile in 2014, absorbing its poetic component of daring to discover the unknown interior of the American continent, I am now back home in Rosario, Argentina with a renewed outlook. I believe that both popular and academic knowledge meet each other in the streets and create the complexity and the reason of studies while spreading their teachings to everyone. This is the way we feel our cultural movement Matéricos Periféricos at the School of Architecture, Planning and Design of Rosario when we, students and teachers, build along with the neighbors. All dreamers as the people I address to in this issue of 3NTA.
